Day 1: Transfer to Sipi Falls in Mountain Elgon National Park

Stop At: Entebbe International Airport located in Central Region of Uganda for a pickup

Early in the morning after breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up by our experienced guide who will transfer you to Mbale town and then to Sipi falls in Mount Elgon National Park in Eastern Uganda. En-route you will pass by the sugar plantations in Lugazi, and make a stopover at Mabira forest. Here you will get a chance to see different tree species.

You will have your lunch en-route and will reach Mbale town in the early afternoon. Go to the Uganda Wildlife Authority offices in Mbale town for registration and later transfer to Sipi Falls Rest Camp/Mount Elgon Cottages for relaxation while hearing the sounds of the falls, Dinner and overnight stay here on your Mount Elgon Safari.

Day 2: Guided Nature Walk and bottom of the falls tour

Stop At: Mountain Elgon National Park located in Eastern Region of Uganda

Early morning at the lodge you will have your breakfast, after which you will head for a short-guided nature walk from the Mountain Elgon Forest Exploration Centre. You will also visit the community villages of Sabiny people where you will get to know more about their culture and their day-to-day life.

Return to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon, you will take a walk to the bottom of Sipi Falls where water hits the rocks. After watching and hearing the falls, you will visit the caves. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at Sipi Falls Rest Camp or Mount Elgon Cottages.

Visit the famous Bujagali falls and see how white-water rafting is done, later on visit the source of River Nile and get a chance to see where the mighty River Nile (Longest River in Africa) starts its journey all the way to Mediterranean Sea.
