Day 01: Arrival at Entebbe Airport and Check in at the Hotel
Arrive at Uganda’s Entebbe International Airport to start your 11 Days Uganda and Tanzania Safari Tour. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by our representative, you’ll then transfer to your booked hotel within Entebbe Town. Arrive at the hotel and check in. Depending on your time of arrival, there are optional activities that you can enjoy including exploring the local markets and the botanical gardens.
You’ll spend the rest of your day at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Road Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park & Batwa Cultural Tour
On the second day of this 11 Days Uganda and Tanzania Safari Tour, you’ll embark on a scenic road transfer to Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable National Park where the adventure begins. Start your day early in the morning with a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, embark on a long journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, You’ll drive through the scenic countryside, witnessing rolling hills and stunning landscapes teeming with incredible vegetation. Lunch will be enjoyed en route to Bwindi. This long drive can last for about 8 to 9 hours, arriving in the late afternoon.
Arrive at Bwindi and proceed to your booked safari lodge. Check in at the lodge before checking out for your first safari experience on this 11 Days Uganda and Tanzania Safari. You’ll visit the local Batwa for an immersive cultural experience. The Batwa are known for their unique ways of life with unmatched knowledge of these impenetrable forests having lived here for thousands of years. After your cultural experience, return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Start your day earl in the morning with breakfast, after breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters or visitors center to start your gorilla trekking experience. At the visitors center, you’ll join other trekkers for a gorilla trekking briefing session. The park officials will take you through gorilla trekking guidelines, and safety measures while giving insights on what to expect in the forest. You’ll then be put in small group of 8 members and each allocated a gorilla family to trek.
It is time to grab your trekking stick and indulge the thick jungles to look for these massive primates. Following the lead you your ranger guide, you’ll trek through the forests searching for the mountain gorillas. As you traverse the forests, there is plenty to witness from the stunning sceneries to incredible diversity including birds, insects, wildlife and plant life. Bwindi in one of the most biodiverse National Parks in Africa. Trekking is however a challenging task as the forests encompasses challenging terrains, thick undergrowth and hilly areas. You’ll finally locate these massive giants in their natural habitat and enjoy observing them for a full hour. After locating the gorillas, you’ll be amazed by their playful antics and human resembles. You’ll have great photography opportunities.
Later return to the visitors center where you’ll be presented with a certificate. From the visitors center, transfer back to the lodge. Refresh and enjoy lunch before departing for lake Bunyonyi. After lunch, embark on a scenic road transfer to Lake Bunyonyi where you’ll be spending the rest of the day relaxing and a luxurious facility.

Day 4: Scenic Road Transfer to Kigali Airport and Air Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport, Afternoon Road Transfer to Tarangire National Park (Transfer by Rwanda Air)
Today, start your day early in the morning with breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, embark on a transfer to Rwanda’s Kigali International Airport from where you’ll board your flight to Tanzania. The drive from Uganda to Rwanda takes about 4 hours. At Kigali International Airport, board your flight to Tanzania’s Kilimanjaro International Airport. At Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be welcomed to Tanzania by your Tanzania Safari drive. You’ll then proceed with a drive to Tarangire National Park.
The drive from the airport to Tarangire National Park is about 2 hours, arrive at the park and proceed to your booked safari lodge. Arrive at the lodge and check-in. Spend the rest of your day relaxing and unwinding at your lodge.

Day 5: Full Day Game Drive in Tarangire National Park and Nature Walk (Time to Sight a Series of Elephant Herds)
On day five of this 11 Days Uganda and Tanzania Safari, you will spend your day exploring Tarangire National. Start your day early in the morning with breakfast. After breakfast, depart your lodge and embark on a full day adventure in the park. Tarangire National Park is a popular wildlife viewing destination in northern Tanzania Safari circuit, especially for its large elephant herds that are accustomed to safari vehicles. You’ll adventure the park both on game drives and guided nature walks, visiting various wildlife hotspots for opportunities to witness various animal species like; elephants, lion, buffalos, hyenas, cheetahs, and giraffes among others. You’ll also encounter various bird species in the park.
Lunch will be enjoyed at a scenic spot within the park. After lunch, you’ll continue with your adventure in the park. As you day draws to a close, you will witness the golden hue cast by the setting sun over the stunning Tarangire wilderness creating a spectacular background for photography. Later return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Road Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater Area & Evening Game Drive
Wake up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, depart the lodge and embark on a transfer to Ngorongoro where your next adventure awaits. This journey takes you through the scenic countryside of Tanzania, arriving in Ngorongoro in time for lunch. Upon arrival, proceed to your booked safari lodge. Check in at the lodge and enjoy lunch.
After lunch, embark on an afternoon adventure in the park, descend into the crater for a game drive safari. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of Tanzania Natural Wonders and an iconic destination for wildlife viewing safaris. the Crater floor is home to different wildlife species including the iconic African Big Five Animals (lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo, and elephant), giraffes, cheetahs, zebras, wildebeest, and hyenas among others. You’ll enjoy witnessing various wildlife species in the crater as you drive through various wildlife viewing hotspots within the crater.

Following an early morning breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater and explore its various ecosystems for opportunities to witness various wildlife species including those that you might have missed during the previous game drives. Explore various sections of the crater. As it nears lunch time, you’ll drive back to your lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you’ll explore the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Although most tours here focus at the crater floor, the Ngorongoro Crater Area is also a great place to explore on your journey here. This area is home to different wildlife species, especially mammal grazers including wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles.
Explore this vast wilderness, and enjoy spotting various wildlife and bird species. After your afternoon adventure here, you’ll return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 8: Road Transfer to Ndutu Plains of Southern Serengeti National Park, (Visit Olduvai Gorge, and Game Drive in Serengeti)
Wake Early in the morning and enjoy breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, depart the lodge and drive to the Ndutu area, one of the prime locations for witnessing the spectacular wildebeest migration in Tanzania, especially during the calving season (December to March). Large herds of mammal grazers occupy this area, attracting large cats like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas. You’ll enjoy witnessing various wildlife here while on safari game drives.
You will also visit the Olduvai Gorge for a historic adventure before proceeding with a drive to the southern Serengeti National Park. The southern part of Serengeti is home to large numbers of wildlife species that you will enjoy spotting from your safari vehicle. Day 9: Game Drive in Southern Serengeti and Proceed to Central Serengeti

After breakfast, start with a morning game drive in the southern Serengeti part.
